Medacs Healthcare is seeking experienced Alcohol & Other Drugs (AOD) Clinicians to join a dedicated multidisciplinary team in Alice Springs, Northern Territory. This is an exciting opportunity to support individuals experiencing substance use challenges while working within a unique and rewarding regional setting.

As an AOD Clinician, you'll provide assessment, intervention, case management and therapeutic support to clients across a diverse community, helping improve health outcomes and promote recovery-focused care.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive alcohol and other drug assessments
• Deliver evidence-based interventions and care planning
• Provide case management and ongoing client support
• Work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders
• Participate in health promotion and harm minimisation initiatives
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and reporting

Essential Requirements

• Relevant qualification in Nursing, Social Work, Psychology, Occupational Therapy
• Current AHPRA registration (where applicable)
• Previous Alcohol & Other Drugs experience
• Strong assessment and case management skills
• National Police Check (or willingness to obtain)
• Working With Children Check (or willingness to obtain)
