All employees have the opportunity to be rewarded via our Awards program. One of the components of the program is an Annual Incentive Trip. This year, our top performers were treated to 4 days in Japan.
The energy was electric
Our adventure began with a peaceful stroll through the tranquil paths of Shinjuku Gyoen National Garden, a serene oasis nestled in the heart of the bustling city.
We explored the iconic Takeshita Street in Harajuku, famous for its quirky fashion, colourful sweets and youthful spirit. Cultural highlights included a visit to the historic Meiji Shrine, a place of quiet reflection surrounded by towering trees and traditional architecture. It was an opportunity to step back in time at Senso-ji, Tokyo’s oldest temple, before indulging in a feast of flavours along Nakamise Street.
The pulse of Tokyo: The city that never sleeps
Our journey continued with a breathtaking view from the iconic Tokyo Tower, offering panoramic scenes of the city skyline. As the sun dipped below the horizon, Tokyo transformed into a glittering metropolis. In Ginza, luxury met tradition—flagship stores and artisanal shops offered everything from high-end fashion to handcrafted souvenirs.
Our visit to teamLab Planets was one of the most surreal experiences. This immersive digital art museum invited us to walk barefoot through water-filled spaces.
Escape the city life
One of the most memorable highlights was when we left the city for a day trip to Mount Fuji and Lake Kawaguchiko—a peaceful, scenic escape that reminded us of the beauty of slowing down and taking it all in.
Some of us had a day of magic at Tokyo Disneyland. Age was no barrier as we enjoyed the thrilling rides, enchanting shows and met beloved Disney characters.
Reflecting on our trip, it's clear that it was an unforgettable experience filled with joy and adventure. As we return to our daily routines, we carry with us the warmth and happiness of this incredible opportunity, a look forward to our next adventure.
