Terms and conditions:

This incentive applies where:

  1. an individual (“Candidate”) signs a contract from 1st October 2025 until 31st October 2025 with Medacs Healthcare (“Business”) to locum as a Mental Health Professional or Remote Area Nurse with a third party (“Client”).
  2. the Candidate must:
  • not have been placed by the Business or the Group Company in the previous twelve months.
  • meet all compliance requirements of the Business.
  • complete a minimum of 12 weeks booking, confirmed by both the client and the candidate. These 12 weeks can be accumulated across multiple contracts and Clients.

Bonus Payment:

  • An initial payment of AUD$250 will be made after the first week the Candidate completes a contract, provided all compliance requirements are met.
  • The remaining AUD$750 will be paid once a total of 12 weeks of locum work has been completed and confirmed by both the client and the candidate.
  • The Candidate must have a signed contract (1st October – 31st October 2025) to be eligible.

Where these conditions are met, the Business would have paid the total Sign-On Bonus of AUD$1,000 upon successful completion of the placement.

If the Candidate does not:

  • meet all Business compliance requirements,
  • or does not successfully complete the full contracted period, the Candidate will not receive the Sign-On Bonus Incentive.
