What We're Looking For:

• Current AHPRA registration
• Experience in community health and diabetes education
• Skills in chronic disease management and health promotion
• Required certifications:
  • Immunisation Program Nurse (updated within the last 12 months)
  • Post Graduate Certificate in Diabetes Education and Management (ADEA approved)
• Highly Desirable:
  • Basic Life Support (BLS)
  • Post Graduate Certificate in Diabetes Education and Management
• Manual driver's licence
• 4WD certificate
