About the Role:

In this vital position, you will support individuals facing mental health challenges, working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality care and make a positive impact in the community.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments and develop tailored care plans.
• Provide individual and group therapy sessions.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient support.
• Engage with families to provide education and resources.

To be considered for this role:

• Tertiary qualifications in Nursing
• General Registration with AHPRA
• A minimum of 2 years post grad experience working in a Mental Health setting (across community or Inpatient setting) RNs and ENs
• Commitment to complete required NSW Credentialing requirements which may include up to date vaccinations
• Have full Australian working rights
