- National Police Clearance (dated within last 6 months)
- BLS (or ALS) certificate
- Manual Drivers' Licence
- Diabetes: ADEA & Immuniser certificate
- Child Health: Child Health & IPN certificate
- WA Working With Children (pre-start)
