About the Role
We are seeking experienced and resilient mental health practitioners to join the Kimberley Mental Health and Drug Service team. These roles require professionals who can confidently manage complex cases, provide specialist interventions, and work across Adult Mental Health, Child and Adolescent Mental Health Services (CAMHS), and case management.
You will be part of a multidisciplinary team, delivering culturally sensitive care and supporting individuals and families in diverse and challenging environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver specialist assessment, intervention, and case management for adults and young people
- Manage complex mental health presentations, including co-morbidities and high-risk cases
- Work collaboratively with Aboriginal communities and stakeholders
- Contribute to multidisciplinary care planning and clinical governance
- Provide outreach services across the Kimberley region

Essential Criteria
- Relevant tertiary qualification and current registration with AHPRA or applicable professional body
- Minimum 2+ years' experience in mental health settings
- Proven ability to work across Adults or CAMHS, and complex case management
- Strong cultural competence and adaptability in remote settings
- Current National Police Clearance and Working With Children Check (or willingness to obtain)
Desirable
- Previous experience in regional or remote mental health services
- Knowledge of WA Health systems and processes
