About the Role

Medacs Healthcare is seeking experienced Diabetes Educators for contract opportunities across regional and remote Western Australia, including the Kimberley, Pilbara, Goldfields, and remote desert communities.
You will deliver high‑quality diabetes education, chronic disease management, and culturally responsive support to individuals, families, and communities across diverse Aboriginal health settings.

About You

• Current, unrestricted Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) registration
  * Post Graduate Qualification in Diabetes Education and credentialing with the Australian Diabetes Educators Association (ADEA)
  * Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
  * A valid manual driver's licence

Highly Desirable

• Experience working in regional, remote, or Aboriginal Community Health settings
  * Four‑wheel drive (4WD) certificate
  * Experience delivering diabetes education in a primary health or community care environment
