About the Role

You'll work as part of multidisciplinary teams delivering recovery-focused, person-centred care to consumers experiencing a range of mental health presentations.

Duties may include:

  • Mental health and risk assessments

  • Care planning and review

  • Medication administration

  • Crisis intervention and de-escalation

  • Consumer advocacy and therapeutic engagement

  • Clinical documentation and reporting

  • Collaboration with medical, nursing and allied health teams

What you'll need

  • Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse

  • Minimum 2 years' recent Mental Health nursing experience

  • Experience in acute, community, crisis, ED Mental Health or CAMHS highly regarded

  • National Police Check

  • Queensland Health compliance requirements (or willingness to obtain)

  • Full Australian working rights

  • Current driver's licence desirable for some roles
