About the Role

As a Community Mental Health RN, you'll work within multidisciplinary teams delivering high‑quality, recovery‑focused support to consumers living in the community with complex mental health needs.

Your responsibilities may include:

  • Comprehensive mental health assessments and risk management

  • Care coordination, case management and recovery‑focused planning

  • Medication administration, monitoring and community follow‑up

  • Crisis intervention, safety planning and de‑escalation

  • Trauma‑informed, consumer‑centred engagement

  • Collaborative work with medical, nursing, allied health and psychosocial teams

  • Accurate clinical documentation and case notes

What You'll Need

  • Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse

  • Minimum 2 years recent Community Mental Health experience

  • Experience in crisis, acute community care, case management or outreach highly regarded

  • National Police Check (or willingness to obtain)

  • Relevant SA‑based clearances as required

  • Full Australian working rights

  • Current driver's licence essential for community‑based roles
