Locum Physiotherapist - Coastal VIC | June-Oct | Accommodation Provided

The Role:

Medacs Healthcare is seeking an experienced Physiotherapist for a rewarding locum contract from 2 June to 3 October 2025 in the scenic coastal town of Portland, Victoria. This is a generalist role within a multidisciplinary Allied Health team, offering a varied caseload and the chance to make a real impact in a regional community.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a broad caseload including inpatient general medicine, orthopaedics, outpatient clinics, rehab groups, and aged care
• Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and delegate to Allied Health Assistants
• Occasionally work as a sole practitioner in a rural setting

About You:

• AHPRA-registered Physiotherapist with post-grad clinical qualifications
• Extensive clinical knowledge, skills and leadership experience in physiotherapy.
• Comfortable working across diverse settings and patient demographics
• Holds a current VIC Driver's Licence, Police Check, and WWCC
• Valid Right to Work in Australia
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Contract Details:

• Monday-Friday, up to 80 hours per fortnight
• Shared accommodation provided or reimbursed
• Travel allowance provided
• Telephone interview required prior to placement
